As a Workplace Strategy Researcher, the resource will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing workplace trends, employee behavior, and industry best practices. The research findings will inform the development of strategic workplace solutions that optimize space utilization, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational success. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into actionable recommendations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our workplace strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Research: Conduct comprehensive research on workplace trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of workplace strategy
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to workplace utilization, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance to identify patterns and insights
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, to gather insights and understand specific workplace requirements
  • Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare our workplace strategies against industry standards and competitors, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
  • Employee Behavior Analysis: Explore and analyze employee behavior within the workplace to identify patterns that can inform the design of employee-centric spaces
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations, to position the company as an authority in workplace strategy
  • Project Support: Provide research support to project teams, contributing insights to the design and implementation of workplace strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience in workplace strategy research, space planning, or a related field or research based firms like Gartner, Consulting Research Teams
  • 6-7 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with workplace technology trends and their impact on workspace design
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
