7 HILL SALES RECRUITMENT HEADHUNTER ( DR ASHWANI KUMAR VIJ ) :<BR><BR>Has been retained by a Delhi Based Large and Professionally managed Group, manufacturing and marketing a range of Steel Pipes,Tubes and other Engineering Products and LED Lighting Systems apart from having business interests in area of Production of range of Dry fruits to select 1 Young :<BR><BR>Finance / Taxation Manager ( Only Male CA )<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES-<BR><BR>KRA/Accountable for :<BR><BR>Develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.<BR><BR>Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.<BR><BR>Partnering the Business in all financial interventions.<BR><BR>Managing and implementation of various policies, upholding various controls and best practices across business pertaining to Cost Controlling and Banking.<BR><BR>Active role along with Business Heads in establishing a high-performance culture- Represent and Coordinate company best interests to third parties, including suppliers and factories.<BR><BR>Good exposure in finalizing Balance sheet is must.<BR><BR>Budgeting:<BR><BR>Manage Accounting and MIS Reporting of the BUs including Budgetary control- Facilitate a robust KPI system in line with company framework.<BR><BR>Inventory optimization, vendor payments and work on overall profitability of the organization.<BR><BR>Competition analysis.<BR><BR>Analysis of Budget vs. Actual admin & other expenses and propose efficiency in current processes<BR><BR>Control Improvements:<BR><BR>Strengthen existing controls & efficiency parameters and develop new ones depending upon the demands of the business Key Success Factors.<BR><BR>Handle Internal Audits, accounts closing maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.<BR><BR>Proper Implementation and overseeing adherence of all SOPS Systems and Processes.<BR><BR>Accounting and Finance Control:<BR><BR>Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.<BR><BR>Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t accounting principles and guidelines.<BR><BR>Inventory management.<BR><BR>Taxation:<BR><BR>Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.<BR><BR>Work with input tax credit, Turnover Tax, withholding tax, Retailer level VAT & VDS, AIT, CD and SD.<BR><BR>Maintain all level of communication with the local Tax circle office, custom office, VAT, income tax commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.<BR><BR>Ensure tasks related with HS code, customs act, BIDA, RJSC etc.<BR><BR>Preferred Skills:<BR><BR>Manufacturing experience is compulsory.
