Handling Audits, Ensuring Internal controls are in place and effective, Factory cost Management and Inventory Management.


Role& Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of books of accounts to ensure books are updated regularly with accuracy on accrual basis.
  • Closure of Books of Accounts on a monthly basis, with proper estimation of Provisions by 3rd date of every month
  • Import duty payments vs tax credit claiming
  • Analysis of expenses actual vs budgeted and sharing report to respective dept
  • Inventory Analysis on a monthly basis, to analyze slow moving, obsolete stock - consumption accounting as per pattern confirmed by operations team
  • Analysis of purchase price trends for critical Raw Materials, Highlighting the impact on Product gross margins.
  • Analysis of Fixed expenses Vs budget, analysing the reason for variations, recommending solutions to control expenses
  • Ensure proper accounting between Capital & Revenue expenses
  • Job work charges with respective products and compliance as per GST
  • Authorisation of Export invoices to Ensure Duty Draw back, Advance Authorisations and other Custom document compliance
  • Approval of Price change or Customer pricing in ERP
  • Vendor Advance management - Bills accounting & taxation
  • Creditors ageing analysis in periodical
  • Cash flow statement submission on fortnight basis
  • Fixed Assets register maintenance
  • Fixed Assets verification twice in a year Sep/Mar
  • Analysis of Factory expenses trends and controls from security inward to dispatches
  • Periodic Account confirmations with Business Partners - confirmation on half yearly
  • Creation of GL master and Material Master in ERP
  • Credit Control on Billing, requesting for approval to release credit lock
  • Implementation of IFCS
  • Internal audit - Conduct detailed audit procedures to control the leakages of expenses & process


Education :

CA/CMA/CA Inter/ MBA with relevant years of Experience will be considered.
