Responsibilities Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies for successful project delivery.

Budgeting and Estimation: Oversee the estimation and budgeting process to provide accurate cost projections for the construction project. Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and associated costs.

Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors. Ensure that contracts are comprehensive, legally sound, and aligned with project requirements.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of pre-construction professionals, including estimators, planners, and other specialists. Foster collaboration and communication among team members and other project stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all pre-construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Obtain necessary permits and approvals for the project.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all pre-construction activities, including budgets, estimates, contracts, and correspondence.

Qualifications M.Tech or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
