Designation: Data Modeler - Lead Data Engineer into Snowflake
Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 9+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture in Snowflake Data Warehousing environment.
• Lead the design and implementation of data models and schemas to support business requirements.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and procedures for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical skills development.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement cloud technologies and tools to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.
• Design and implement dimensional and relational data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Proven experience with Snowflake Data Warehousing platform.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python,Scala, Java) for scripting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
