Job description:

As a Enterprise Digital Foundation Architect your main responsibilities is to deliver value for customers by providing guidance and creating actionable Technology Strategies, Business Cases, Operational Models and best practices for Enterprise IT, focused on HCL’s Digital Foundation Services which includes Digital Infrastructure and Digital workplace solutions. This roles requires a blend of value creation and revenue generation.


You will be taking the lead in customers engagement for HCL’s strategic accounts (EN accounts) making sure all parts of the engagement are aligned to create valuable and actionable outputs to accelerate the customer’s Digital foundation adoption and creating business value. You’ll be working closely with customer’s IT stakeholders as well as HCL internal teams being a trusted advisor delivering the right solutions to meet business needs.


You will engage with HCL’s pre-sales/practice teams and client partners to pro-actively identify opportunities leading to downstream revenue. As part of the engagement you will also work closely with architects embedded in these accounts to drive initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • customers in their end to end Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure and workplace solutions) journey right from strategy, migration, DevOps, modernization and optimization
  • customers to create Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure, workplace and Cybersecurity) strategy, adoption and roadmaps
  • customers to create operational models and organisational structures to support Digital foundation services adoption
  • business cases, TCO and ROI models to support the initiatives
  • as a trust advisor for the customer, create and identify opportunities. Work with larger HCL teams (Pre-sales, practice teams, modernization teams etc) and ensure these opportunities are converted to projects with actions
  • strategies and initiatives to actionable statement of work thus leading to tangible revenue for HCL
  • internal pre-sales and sales in customer conversations (tech days, Executive briefing session)



Qualifications:

  • in similar customer facing role driving and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • skills to think strategically on business, technical, and organisational challenges
  • analytical, with more than 15+ years of IT experience
  • from delivering large-scale Digital Infrastructure and workplace change projects in highly complex enterprise environments
  • drive customer conversation and willing to guide and collaborate with larger HCL teams
  • thought leadership in accounts and drive innovation by understanding HCL capabilities/services and also conduct research and recommend bet fit solutions
  • verbal and written communication skills
  • vertical knowledge in one of industries (Banking, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing)
