Client relations


  • and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs to deliver customized solutions and exceed expectations.
  • as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, project updates, and proactive recommendations to drive overall success.



  • Control


  • file dimensions, resolution, color profile and other specification.
  • language barriers to execute corrections and according to requests made by the customer.
  • quality assurance processes (rigorous quality checks, peer reviews, and performance metrics tracking) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of deliverables with client expectations and industry standards. KODI requires quality checks of their offshore teams.
  • any errors or discrepancies immediately to ensure smooth production workflows.
