Shift Timings – 3 pm to 12 am


Key Responsibilities

  • the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and non-IT healthcare projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effective management of interdependencies.
  • as a liaison between business and technical teams, driving program strategy, approach, and maintaining program roadmaps.
  • project delivery and implementation across diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring consistent quality and on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • positive customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring customer-focused project outcomes.
  • to and contribute towards the improvement of Thryve’ s project management methods and practices.

Experience and Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in IT project delivery.

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen ability to navigate and prioritize competing demands effectively.

Strong foundation in MS Project, Planview, Oracle, or similar project management tools, with a preference for candidates experienced in generating detailed project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven ability in vendor management, incorporating PMI best practices for procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract management, and performance evaluation, to ensure successful collaboration and project outcomes.

Preferred experience in the healthcare, insurance, or related industries, providing a valuable perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors alike.

PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to the standards and practices endorsed by the Project Management Institute.
