About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Botanee. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest.
- Training, and motivating a team of talented staff members.
- Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of menus and promotions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
