Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI. We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Quality Assurance, Wealth ManagementIn this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to conducting quality assurance for US wealth processes.The candidate will have to be responsible for:• Conduct quality assurance activities for US wealth processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.• Perform thorough reviews and audits of work performed by individuals across US wealth processes as per the process documentation, procedures, and workflows.• Provide feedback and coaching of individuals as per the root cause analysis.• Collaborate with internal teams to address any quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Complete testing for SOC 1 controls audit on a rolling 12-month basis to identify any control issues and collaborate with internal teams to address.• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for US wealth processes as needed.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.• Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and findings.• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance for US wealth processes.QualificationsMinimum qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent field• Relevant experience in quality assurance for US wealth processes.• Strong understanding of US wealth processes, regulations, and industry standards.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred qualifications we seek in you !• Experience in SOC 1 audit will be preferred Preferred skills: • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and technologies.
