Job Location: Pune/Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 5 to 8 Years Role: Manager/Deputy Manager Role Purpose: As part of the new Cyber Adaptive Risk Method (CARM), we are focusing more and more on using data to make risk-based decisions, and track Cyber Risk reduction across the business. This role is to help bring in new data feeds into the central Qliksense and Google Cloud Data Lake, and manage existing feeds already onboarded. This person will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data and the Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), engaging with the Vodafone Markets & Entities to interrogate that data and handling any queries on the data, supporting the monthly reporting process to senior management. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Responsible for engaging Data owners and Markets/Entities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data feeds. Supporting the team in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of KRIs, interrogating the data, reviewing commentary from data owners and tracking actions raised by data issues or senior management. Support the team on the monthly reporting cycle to make sure reports are delivered on time and with accuracy and handling queries and service requests from markets/entities and data owners. Responsible for the accuracy for all senior management reporting, collating monthly dashboards, presenting progress to leadership team and working with Global and Market SPOCs to collate programme and KRI reporting. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Technical understanding of Security KPIs & KRIs, allowing trend analysis, forecasting and support Leadership Team decision making. Experience designing and implementing reporting metrics in a technology or cyber security environment. Proactive, organised and able to work autonomously and to strict deadlines, with high levels of delegated authority. Ability to make recommendations based on data and analysis, and report with a clear story. Sound judgement and decision making skills to address and resolve business issues, with a focus on continual improvement and process automation. Strong communication skills with the ability to dissect complex information for use across various mediums and channels. Must have technical / professional qualifications: Experience working with Cyber Security Metrics. Strong business acumen with Telecommunications, Technology or Security industry experience.
