Preferably graduate in Computer Science Job Description Solytics Partners is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in the banking and financial services set-up. This role would cover business and strategic planning, project management, preparing business presentations, budgeting and planning, market research and data analytics. The candidate needs to be hands on in terms of data analytics, presentations, project management, and working with senior leadership. Responsibilities Strategy and finance, Develop and present decks to senior management on the company's strategy and business performance. Develop corporate strategy, business planning, performance analysis, marketing strategies, financial analysis, liaison with business heads to drive strategic growth initiatives. Track and analyse financial performance and make recommendations for improvement. Working with leadership team, Provide support to the leadership team and other stakeholders with special projects, design and develop presentation material, and record minutes. Facilitate periodic board meeting reviews, budget and business presentations. Project Management, Monitor project baselines to ensure activities are as budgeted, planned and scheduled and map deviations if any. Drive and monitor strategic initiatives planned and implemented to standardize the process across all the functions in the business and group businesses. Research and analysis, Comfortable working with large volumes of unstructured and textual data.Convert the above into logical rules, models, and workflows. Design and code data processes, and build predictive analytical models. Data Management and Analysis:Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources. Developing and maintaining databases, taxonomies, data systems-reorganizing data in a readable format. Performing analysis to ensure quality of data, identifying trends,and sourcing business insights. Reporting and dashboarding,Define key performance metrics (KPIs), benchmark businesses across KPIs and report on improvement with time. Derive incisive business insight through data analysis. Develop automated dashboards and reports to draw actionable recommendations to the business. Key Skills • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills to collect, analyse,visualize, and present data • Exposure to JSON, MS SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting, and BI tools • Strong analytical and project management skills • 2 to 5 years of experience in business strategy and planning. • Hands on in preparing business decks and MIS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills
