He/she is expected to verify and validate each document as per the client’s compliances and raise findings if he/she finds any document to be missing or incomplete resulting in non-compliance. Applicant is expected to work within tight timelines and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance. This Junior Executive in the field of events typically plays a crucial role in assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of various events, such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and more. Responsibilities: Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event. Create RFPs on the basis of the requirements Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. Follow up with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure the smooth functioning of the event before the event date Book venues, entertainers, artists, vendors Develop day of event materials including but not limited to Run of Show, event script, event briefings, manpower briefing, vendor briefings, etc. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and post-event evaluations for future reference and improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of event professionals, including senior people and team members/vendors, to achieve successful events. Requirements: At least 1-3 years experience as an event coordinator and at least 1 yrs. experience handling grand events of more than 500 participants. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, team members, and vendors. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and detail-oriented is vital for ensuring the seamless execution of events. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems on the spot is important in the fast-paced event industry. Computer Skills: Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. Team Player: The ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various stakeholders is key. Creativity: Creative thinking can help in generating fresh ideas and unique event concepts. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients and attendees is a priority.· Flexibility: Events may require work during evenings and weekends, so flexibility with work hours is often necessary.
