About the job Job Title: Sr. HR Business Partner Department: Human Resources Location: Bengaluru Years of Experience: 7-10 years Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of HR management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and business acumen to drive organizational success. Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop plans and implement strategies for retaining, and developing top talent. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and data driven decision-making. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and productivity. Training and Development : Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development initiatives. Skills and Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-4 years in a business partner or similar role. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
