We are hiring a Contract Analyst, who can be based out of any of our India Offices, Noida, Vadodara or Bengaluru.


This roles primary responsibility is to review the US-based clients contracts and provide extraction of the same to the leadership for review of terms and conditions.


In addition Contract Analyst will be responsible to create supplier contracts in a manner that are in line with the US contract laws and safeguards company's interests.


The contract analyst role will work in close collaboration with various departments, including Management, Finance, and Sales.


Contract Analyst upon arrival will onboard the contract in the system, create a detailed sheet of rules of engagement, provide clients with required documentation and insurance, etc.


IMPORTANT - Candidate must have a strong experience in supporting contract management and familiarity to US contract laws.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
  • Ensure contracts and proposals are correctly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
  • Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language, and provisions.
  • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
  • Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations. - Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
  • Interface with insurance companies regarding the adequacy of coverage and purchasing needs.
  • Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards, and cost targets.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the organization’s financial performance.
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
  • Review the contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.


QUALIFICATIONS:


- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field preferred. (In some cases, an advanced degree may be desirable.)

- Prior experience of working in the US Staffing (agency side) experience is preferred

- Prior work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting.

- Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses.

- Experience in applying organizational standards when developing proposal requests, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts.

- Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement appropriate solutions.

- Strong verbal and written skills and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.

- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology

- Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team

- Exemplify a strong attention to detail

-Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines

-Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of standard programs such as Microsoft Office and G Suite

-Previous experience working with contract regulations and related laws is strongly preferred

-Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

-Capable of professionally managing confidential information

-Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities

- Supervises proposals and contract development staff.

- Aligns with managers of business operations, including relevant divisions of finance, legal, and Operations
