Description Operations provides support for all of Deutsche Bank's Investment Bank businesses to enable them to deliver transactions and processes to clients. In return, we offer excellent career development opportunities to foster skills and talent.You will be responsible for the IB SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) functions supporting the Investment Bank Trading activities for EMEA, US & Asia regions. This includes establishing and maintaining robust control framework across the processes. You will be based in Jaipur, will report to the Global Head of IB SSI Operations and will be a member of the regional Operations management team.The IB SSI Operations teams are responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of the SSIs for Clients and Internal Accounts across products within the Investment Banking domain.Operational services cover both the ("Run The Bank") as well as transformation ("Change the Bank") for these functions. Prior understanding / working experience within SSIs or Trade Life Cycle functions is preferred.Strong understanding of control frameworks and measures needed to ensure adherence to controls within the processesProven track record of delivering operational excellence and in driving collaboration across multi-product and functional teams, in context of varied local regulations, market practices, technologies and processesExperienced senior professional with global investment bank exposure, with proven success in managing matrixed and virtual management structures, managing across varied functions within a regional management team structureExperienced leader with proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Mid and BackOffice teams as well as Control Functions such as Group Audit, Embedded Risk TeamsLeadership skills which enable the candidate to successfully influence simultaneously across multiple stakeholders, peers, direct and indirect reportsHistory of leading complex multi-year strategies impacting product, function, process and technology, balancing revenue goals with client service and regulatory adherence.
