Lexar is actively seeking two dynamic and driven Channel Sales Managers to join our team and contribute to our business expansion efforts in India. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing our company and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on fostering sustainable business growth by maximizing sales opportunities and cultivating robust client relationships within designated regions, specifically targeting the following areas:


South India: (2 Candidates)

- Chennai & Bangalore: With a strong focus on networking and expanding our customer base in Ritchi Street, Chennai, and S.P Road, Bangalore.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and increase market share.

- Utilize analytical skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals.

- Manage and nurture existing relationships with 50+ channel partners, fostering loyalty and maximizing sales potential.

- Leverage existing networks and establish new partnerships with leading DRAM, Storage, and Flash technology providers.

- Effectively communicate in both English and Hindi to engage with diverse stakeholders and address their requirements.

- Demonstrate the ability to negotiate and finalize transactions with a bill size of 1 Cr+ per invoice, while consistently meeting and exceeding annual sales targets exceeding 25 Cr.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT distribution and channel sales, preferably with a leading distributor or storage brand.

- Possess a customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

- Proven track record of managing channel partners and driving sales growth in a competitive market environment.

- Proficient in using analytical tools and techniques to assess market dynamics and formulate strategic initiatives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and deliver results under pressure.
