Job DescriptionThe position is responsible for:Statutory Labour Compliances (certifications, permits, registrations, periodical filing of reports and returns)Collaboration with local authorities and government officesTravel management, Payroll input to the central HR operation centerShopfloor managementRecruitment of White/Blue collar employeesEmployee trainingEmployee service management eg. canteen, transportationReport incidents immediately on occurenceEmployee Engagement activitiesReward and RecognitionQualificationsHR professional qualification (MBA HR/ MPM / DLL )7-8 years experience in statutory compliancesMust have worked in union environment and supported in long terms settlementsGood skills in Interpersonal, Problem solving, Negotiation and Analytics will be requiredAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Opportunity with a growing Organisation & Development and career growth with a global organisation.
