Here’s what you will do –

• Driving, consolidating & managing the quarterly & annual operating plan.

• Driving entire P&L deep diving each line item and contributing in increasing top line and bottom

Line.

• Operational, Business & Financial metrics analysis

• Coordination with business teams, understanding their metrics and driving the respective

P&L line item with them

• BI framework for Performance Evaluation, New business evaluation and Analytics/MIS for

• VC/PE Investors/Board

• Contribute in Fundraises, business restructuring, M&A opportunities, international

• expansion, and new business/products diversification.


What are we looking for -

• Work closely with the Business Finance Controller and Leadership to drive the financial/strategic

goals for the organization and subsequently partner with their teams to set the AOP, monthly

budget including working capital, cash flow forecast for the business. Own the entire process

end-to-end.

• Identify key metrics, keep track of financial KPIs and develop financial models along with sharp

front-end visualization of the analysis to support strategic initiatives. Be the central owner of

organization-wide operating and financial data and KPIs.

• Be the central figure in the preparation of business plans and dialogue with potential investors

for any fundraising.

• Scenario building, stress testing and bringing in clarity of assumptions and key actions needed to

make the plan real and participate in business valuation discussions.

• Management of control governance framework for all the internal as well as statutory Committees within the organization.

• Leading the due diligence process for Debt and equity funding. Work with Banks, PE/VC firms

Financial Institutions to raise funds as and when required.

• Project management for international expansion, new games launch, business model.

• Coordination in preparation of feasibility reports, providing data and information required for the

report for expansion plans along with consultants.

• Preparing data for Board, Shareholder and Committee Meetings.

• Evaluate M&As opportunities for inorganic growth of the organisation, related valuations, and

industry benchmarking.

• Cost negotiations to drive cost savings for existing as well as futures contracts along with the

procurement manager.


Requirement:

• CA with 5-6 year of work exp

• Hands on with number, data analysis and excel

• Take ownership of P&L

• Prior experience in FP;A and Business Finance
