Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter at CII Model Career Centre in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring the successful placement of suitable candidates in various job roles for clients. The Recruiter will also collaborate with clients and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing Strong knowledge of job posting platforms and social media recruitment strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple ongoing recruitment processes Familiarity with employment laws and regulations Experience in conducting reference checks and background verifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in Bulk & BPO Hiring is an incentive.
