You will be tasked with understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.Responsibilities:Prospect and qualify potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the communication requirements and challenges of each client.Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits that align with their business goals.Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, customer service, and technical support to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position company offerings in the market.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and concise manner to clients.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
