We are looking for creative, technical problem solvers to join our Automation practice that advises clients on the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive Technologies to achieve business outcomes such as cost reduction, capability enhancement and risk mitigation.
Our RPA consulting team in Bangalore interfaces with ISG teams in North America and Europe to design, develop and deploy RPA solutions for clients globally utilizing RPA software such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath and others.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Develops SDD’s, works with the business to shadow the manual process
- Develops and configures automation processes as per the solution design document (SDD) to meet the defined requirements.
- Approaches development from a modular point of view, ensuring reusability and ease of maintenance
- Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
- Perform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practices
- Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
- Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
- Maintain documentation according to standards, best practices and standard operating procedures

Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
- An IT or Business Degree
- 2 – 4 years of professional services experience on automation building RPA BOTs
- Understands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycle
- Must have experience in Automation Anywhere A360
- Must have basic experience in Python
- Must have worked and automated minimum 2 processes using SAP
- Must have worked on Web based application automations
- Must have worked with SQL
- Must follow and adhere to AA coding best practices
- Good to have experience with AA Code Analysis tool
- Good to have experience with VB, PERL, PowerShell
- Attention to detail
- Experience developing PDD’s and SDD’s, test cases using quality management tools
- Experience working with Agile sprint-based delivery setup
- Good to have exposure using Atlassian projects like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
- Good to have AA certification
- Good to have automation experience using Salesforce
