Candidates is responsible for handling bench sales marketing of IT consultants.


Sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, preferred vendors & clients.


Marketing of bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.


Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects.


The Candidate should maintain excellent relationships with vendors, clients and consultants.


Experienced working with preferred vendors and on layers model.


Candidate should have good communication/analytical skills.


Should exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
