Senior Software Developer – OpenText Exstream

Job Summary:Are you a Senior Software Engineer with an extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel (print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax, etc.) communications using OpenText Exstream and related technologies? We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who has extensive experience in OpenText Exstream to join our customer communication management (CCM) team. The role requires you to be well verged with end-to-end document life cycle and able to design, develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end customer communication management applications. The role involves communicating directly with the customers to understand their requirements and finalize the input file structure. You will leverage latest software technologies and use OpenText Exstream Live, OpenText Exstream Empower, OpenText Exstream version upgrade and OpenText Exstream migration project. Use appropriate system methodologies for analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and modification to create PDF documents and AFP output streamsKnow your team:ValueMomentum is providing Customer Communication Management (CCM) services for the past 15+years. We provide Advisory, Implementation, Upgrade, Migration, Testing, and Support services for CCM platforms.Responsibilities:As a Senior Software Developer – OpenText Exstream, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows: Develop end-to-end CCM applications.Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels.Understand the customer requirement and finalize the input file structure.Thorough understanding of different output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower)Design and plan business and technical understating documentsCreate developer and reviewer checklists.Create unit test cases for unit testing/SIT and UAT.Perform effective QA.Identify performance tuning and cost saving activities within project.Follow the best practices while development and unit testing period.Effectively review daily deliverables.Participate in weekly project status calls with customers.
