Experience: - 8-12 Years Location: - Gurgaon, Pune & Chennai (Hybrid) Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Additionally, experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), project estimation, P&L management, and RFP creation will be advantageous for this role. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in implementing Scrum practices. Strong understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management and collaboration platforms. Demonstrated ability to estimate project timelines, resources, and costs accurately. Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are a plus.
