1. Understanding the requirement from Sales.

2. Post understanding the requirement discuss with core team of client, for this technical understanding of testing should be acquired, to get the detailed understanding of role with stake holders.

3. Post this understanding co-ordinate with RAG / TA / Talent pool teams for better profiles.

4. Once profiles received next to co-ordinate with customer for interview.

5. During Interview make sure candidate well versed with selection criteria for the position he / she about to be interviewed.

6. Post selection of candidate co-ordinate with Delivery / HR / RAG / PMO team for deployment.

7. During on-boarding process making sure candidates went through required training.

8. Post on-boarding making sure the candidates doing BAU as per the position required.

9. Once candidate aligned with the project BAU making sure employee doing the job as per the position required.

10. Taking regular feedback from client about employee whereabouts with periodic client visit.

11. Keep looking for new business aspirations, once found align with Sales team for the same.

12. Once new requirement is given alias with Sales / Delivery team for understanding the same.

13. Ongoing project timesheet to be shared with Client on timely basis.

14. Making sure the Invoices going to customer on timely basis.

15. Making sure customer feedback is alias with all the stakeholders for improvement.

16. Should be independently able to drive Margin improvement plan & focusing on maximization on revenue generation.

17. Experience range 10 to 15 years. (Preferably Banking domain and should have staff augmentation SME)

18. Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel & Power point with master's in data handling and reporting structure.
