We are seeking a paid media specialist to join our young team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and leveraging various digital channels to drive measurable results.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Strategic Paid Marketing Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to target finance professionals.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Managing advertising budgets, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively to maximize ROI.


Ad Campaign Creation and Management:

  • Design and set up effective ad campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to ensure optimal allocation of resources across platforms.
  • Regularly monitor and tweak ad copies to improve performance and engagement.


Sales Funnel Optimization:

  • Employ strategies to broaden all aspects of the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Implement tactics to attract, engage, and convert leads, focusing on high-quality lead generation.


Content and Creative Suggestions:

  • Collaborate with content teams to suggest and refine content that lowers the cost per lead and resonates with the target audience.
  • Provide insights on ad creative that aligns with campaign goals and audience preferences.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
  • Offer actionable insights based on data to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and content creators, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders about campaign progress and results.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in D2C campaigns with a minimum of 3 years
  • Proven experience in paid media marketing, particularly in Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high ROAS and efficiently manage ad budgets.
  • Excellent skills in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
