Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals and vision.
  • Study, Analyse Product market and create niche for company’s product.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure that the
  • product meets customer needs and business goals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, marketresearch, and
  • business goals.
  • Create product wireframes as per customer’s requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or products
  • improvements.
  • Communicate product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Monitor and
  • analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the development team to ensure that the product is developed according to specificationsand
  • launched on time and within budget.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with the
  • target audience.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve the product and inform future product developmentdecisions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
  • Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked by supervisor or senior management.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Work on JIRA for Project reporting


Skills:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field withrelevant
  • experience or certifications.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in product management or a related field. Familiar with the
  • latest software development tools and technologies.
  • Product Management: Strong understanding of product management methodologies,including product
  • development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple
  • projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with the ability to gather customer feedback and use it toinform
  • product development decisions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, andmake
  • decisions that align with business goals.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical
  • information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed
  • decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • UX Design: Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools, as well
  • as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry.
