Seller Acquisition:

· Monitor the sales program on managed accounts across all sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.

· Build an effective Sales Pipeline with the team’s help and work on initiatives that reduce the conversion TAT for clients, improving the Pipeline efficiency.

· Achieve the assigned KPI & TPV Goals every month & make sure each team member achieves the same.

· Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates and help them Close the business if required.

Seller Retention:

· Maintain cross-team communication smoothly, which makes operations easy & enhances the customer experience.

· Understand their business needs if that can be fulfilled at our end with our eco-system, work for the client servicing about those & deliver a better experience.

· Build good PR with customers to sustain the business. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

· Creation of a dashboard, which can help understand the calling intervals on existing sellers.

Team Management:

· Manage team members for their own Goals, and ensure timely execution of predefined tasks without follow-ups. Also, ensure adherence to work rules & company values.

· Cultivate the ownership & team spirit in the Team members. Make them visionary for their career with the organisation & set a reasonable goal.

· Manage the effective communications delivery in the team coming from the management.

· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly; identify the training opportunities for team members & facilitate the same.

· Cultivate a good working culture for teammates, which enhances their productivity & experience while working with the company.

· Creation of reports that can help team members record their performance in a structured way.

· Creation of a reporting structure for efficient communication.

· Encouraging team members to share their views/ideas based on anything and everything related to our business.

· Budget-related asks for any skill development program/course/training.

Reporting:

· Share regular team performance with the management team.

· Participation in healthy business discussions and approaches to growing the business in multi-folds.

· We share valuable business-related suggestions with the management team for a long-lasting impact.

· Provide daily/weekly reports of field sales success and communicate reporting data. Data should comprise sales pipeline performance, Teammates’ Daily Inputs in the process, and Any breakthrough or a big Win/lose.

Project/Strategic Initiatives:

· One needs to be innovative enough & bring new plans for business growth, retention & brand value-centric.

· Initiate & cultivate the same in the team, Take initiatives, long & short term projects, collaborate with teams & bring the results.

· Bring new Affiliate Partners for business & marketing growth & scale the relationships with them.

· Create your ecosystem of support by considering a long term business vision in mind.

Marketing Support:

· Work with Marketing Team for effective execution of planned activities OR suggest new efforts/ideas in marketing which boosts/empowers sales process.

Product Development:

· Prepare the Customer feedback/requirement reports to help the product team make changes or create new markets/offerings.

Requirements:

ž Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or science. Master’s degree preferred.

ž Preferred domains: E-commerce, Logistics & Banking

ž Excellent oral and written communication skills.

ž 3+ years of professional experience in Business Development/Account Management/ Sales Experience.

ž Have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.

ž Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
