Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Call Center Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Connect and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our call center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain call center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and provide technical support as needed
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Amazon Connect and related technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a call center engineering role
  • Strong experience with Amazon Connect and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
