Job DescriptionSAP ABAP Developer with HCM module - Time and attendanceABAP sap HCM, SAP time & attendance with special attendance to schema/cycle configuration, class based development, ABAP Syntax, attendance customizing including schema and cyclesGraduation or above with good academic background. MBA-HR would be an advantageWork Experience requirements:1. Worked on three or more implementations and two support projects2. Good Communication and presentation Skill3. Following experience is desired for the skills indicated:> Techno-functional consultants with Time Management expertise preferred> SAP HCM Certification desired> Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology> Should have basic ABAP HR and Debugging skills> Experienced in developments using ABAP-HR, UI5 and Fiori> Proven knowledge and experience in developments with OOPS, OData, Workflow, Webdynpro> Good Knowledge and understanding of Solution architectures> Experience in new developments and analyzing existing developments4. Following experience will be an added advantage> Experienced in building interfaces using SAP SCPI involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP and third party applications> Proven knowledge and experience in SCPI, Web services / RFC’s/BADI’s, ABAP, SOA, SOAP> Understanding of SAP Web IDE and Business Application Studio> Good understanding of the SAP Succesfactors HCM suite architecture.> Implementation knowledge of complex interfaces in SCPI including interfaces for SuccessFactors to other cloud and on-premise systems> Experience in new interface developments and analyzing existing interfacesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:> Techno-functional consultants with Time Management expertise preferred> Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project> Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Blueprinting, Testing and user training extensively> Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements> Ability to articulate information identified for delivery to the Customer> Must have good documentation skills, including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes> Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills> Train the team and mentor associates> Successful candidates must be able work on multiple country implement, rollout and support projects with customer interfacing> Consultants must be able to work independently and with others, in preparing Technical specifications, work on developments, and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixing> Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks> Good understanding of incident management, and change management> Consultants must have valid passport and be able to travel for onsite assignmentsQualificationsGraduation or above with good academic background.
