Responsibilities: Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, focusing on strategic partnership campaigns and trend-based marketing for popular travel destinations and emerging travel technologies. Craft personas, messaging, positioning, and growth initiatives based on travel trends, key strategic partnerships, and hot destinations. Oversee content creation, promotions, campaigns, and partnerships to achieve business priorities in the travel domain. Market Trend Analysis: Stay at the forefront of market trends in both the travel and technology industries. Analyse key market insights, identifying growth opportunities, and execute timely and strategic recommendations to capitalize on emerging trends in relevant travel areas. Execution and Tracking: Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans for both popular destinations and travel technologies. Ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives in the travel domain. Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide data-backed insights based on an understanding of current travel trends to optimize future initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and explore new opportunities for growth, particularly with our travel partners. Qualifications Background: Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in marketing or operations, with a substantial focus on the travel industry. Direct involvement in travel-related markets is highly advantageous. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and user behaviour insight skills to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Collaboration: Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to play an organizational, coordination, and decision-making role in the project team. Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence strategy and articulate complex travel products to a diverse audience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
