Job Title: WebLogic Admin Location: Jaipur Job Overview: As a middleware administrator, your primary responsibility would be to manage and maintain the middleware infrastructure of an organization. This includes installing, configuring, and upgrading middleware software components, such as application servers, web servers. You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integration between different applications and systems. Additionally, you'll be responsible for implementing security measures, managing access controls, and backing up critical data. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of various middleware technologies are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:- Configuring, Maintaining and securing web servers running on IIS. Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and performance. PowerShell scripting is mandatory for automation. Ensure the availability and optimal performance of web servers. Web applications Deployment: Deploy, update, and troubleshoot web applications on IIS web servers. Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures for web servers and applications. Managing site configurations and application pools. Good knowledge on Asp.Net framework. Monitoring server performance. Troubleshooting issues and log analysis. Good to have knowledge on Active Directory. Applying VAPT fixes and ensuring optimal server functionality. SSL Certificate management Ensuring Load Balancing and High Availability. Knowledge on DNS is an added advantage. Collaborate with developers to optimize server performance. Good to have knowledge on Linux operating system. Having knowledge on WebLogic & Apache Tomcat & OHS & Apache is added advantage. Knowledge on DATABASE is an added advantage. Ability to support windows systems in a production 24*7 environment with rotating on-call duties. Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Knowledge: Proficiency in middleware technologies such as application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, JBOSS ), web servers (e.g., Apache HTTP Server, OHS, IIS, HAProxy), and OEM Systems: Familiarity with various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and UNIX, as middleware often runs on these platforms Knowledge of security principles and best practices to implement access controls, SSL encryption, and protect middleware components from potential threats Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve middleware-related issues efficiently and Automation: Knowledge on scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and streamline administrative processes Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track middleware performance and proactively address potential problems Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams, including developers, network administrators, and business stakeholders Industry-recognized certifications related to middleware technologies, such as Oracle WebLogic Server can be advantageous Previous experience in systems administration, application support, or related roles is beneficial. Banking domain is highly beneficial The ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with emerging trends in middleware administration is crucial for long-term success in this field.
