As a Web Flow Developer at JIITAK Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of creating environmentally responsible digital solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our diverse teams in Japan and India, engaging in stimulating projects that fuse innovation with sustainability. Your expertise in Web Flow development will be crucial in shaping efficient and visually captivating solutions that align with our eco-friendly objectives. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Web Flow Development intern to join us for a 3-month probationary period. This position is office-based and offers a stipend of 20,000 INR per month, with the potential for permanent employment based on a successful evaluation. Responsibilities Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop a plan for building the website. Designing and building the website using the Webflow platform, including creating custom interactions and animations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Testing the website to ensure that it is functioning correctly and is optimized for different devices and browsers. Troubleshooting and fixing any issues that may arise during the development process. Collaborating with a team of designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the website is delivered on time and meets the client's needs. Maintaining and updating the website as needed, including adding new features and functionality, fixing bugs, and ensuring that the website remains secure and up-to-date. Setting up and configuring the Webflow CMS for the website, including creating custom content types and defining relationships between different types of content. Populating the CMS with content, including text, images, and other media. Managing and organizing the content within the CMS, including creating and organizing content collections and creating templates for displaying different types of content. Integrating the CMS with other systems, such as e-commerce platforms or CRMs, as needed. Training clients or other stakeholders on how to use the CMS to manage and update the website. Maintaining and troubleshooting the CMS as needed, including fixing any issues that may arise and ensuring that the website remains secure and up-to-date. Qualifications Proficiency in Web Flow development and its associated tools and features. Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
