PHE & Fire Engineer

Job Description & key responsibilities. 1.     Design Development : o  Responsible for efficient and effective design of plumbing and firefighting systems. o  Designing of Plumbing, Firefighting and related system as per standard and requirement of projects. o  Preparation of detailed drawings, calculations, and bills of quantities with detailed back-ups sheets. o  Ensuring that all designs, drawings, and documents adhere to current codes and standards. o  Work on multiple projects simultaneously. o  Monitoring the progress and quality of drawing till the GFC stage and ensure deliverables as per project schedule. o  Reviewing of shop drawing and technical data sheet from vendor. 2.     Coordination and Collaboration : o  Collaborate with other disciplines (such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical and HVAC) to ensure integrated designs. o  Resolve clashes and conflicts after addressing design clashes. o  Proper coordination with site team and other department during progress of project. o  Attending design review & site meeting (As required). 3.     Quality Assurance : o  Verify the accuracy and compliance of designs with project specifications. o  Ensure that the quality of work meets the required standards. 4.     Project Execution : o  Oversee the execution of plumbing and firefighting projects. o  Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. o  Complete project closure with proper documentation and measurement approvals. Requirements and Preference: o  Candidate preferred from design consultancy background. o  Minimum 6 Years of experience in PHE & FF Designing. o  Must hold good knowledge in AutoCAD, BIM and REVIT software. o  Strong working knowledge of building, plumbing and fire codes. o  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. o  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
