In their UK label manufacturing facilities, they manufacture and print labels for all products and industries from food to mechanical automation, from small craft producers to catering to major food groups.They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team, focusing on driving sales and expanding market presence specifically in the Linerless Labels segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the labelling industry, with a strong understanding of Linerless Labels technology and its applications. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximise revenue and market share.Your main tasks: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Linerless Labels sales targets and objectives.Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries, including but not limited to food and beverage, logistics, and manufacturing.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organisations.Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies and objectives.Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements related to Linerless Labels.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years' experience in direct sales within a Labels producing company.Proven experience in sales within the labelling industry, with a focus on Linerless Labels preferred.Strong understanding of Linerless Labels technology, applications, and market trends.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
