Role & responsibilities


Responsible to manage headcount of 80-120 FTE's and counterparts Ensure team meets and exceed Stipulated Timelines and Service level Agreements. Quality/AHT/Sales/CSAT Metrics - Ensure timely download of process updates/product guidelines. Manage Attrition and plan career mapping for agents. Manage daily activities for the client servicing team Manage daily operations to ensure smooth function Coordinate with support functions Front-line people management Provide feedback and suggestion to the team for improvement Lead and coach the associates and Team Leads on process knowledge and Team Management Initiative, independent, and customer focused KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES:

Preferred Credit Cards knowledge.

Experience in Team Handling

Graduate in any stream Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work in flexible working hours .
