Meet the Team:We are establishing a new IT leadership team in Hyderabad. The global IT team plays a critical role in the implementation and support of key technology and infrastructure platforms that enable the corporation and product delivery.IT team is responsible for delivering end user services, corporate applications, and infrastructure services for the enterprise. The team consists of employees and key vendor partners that collaborate actively. IT team works closely with business stakeholders and R&D engineers to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.The Role:As the Corporate Applications IT Director, you will lead a team of highly skilled technology professionals focused on delivering services and solutions that enable new business capabilities, improve and automate processes. A key focus will be your ability to manage a global team that can operate with a high sense of urgency, accountability and ensure compliance and security.Your responsibilities will include:- Work closely with cross-functional leaders in Marketing and Sales, Product Management and Operations to define short/long term strategy and effectively develop and execute on roadmaps for enterprise IT application portfolio.- Hire and direct a team of diverse and innovative talent focused on premium user experience, business process optimization and value creation.- Provide technical leadership and spearhead all aspects of the deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications for corporate functions (finance, purchasing, sales, marketing) and shared platforms (digital, robotic automation, data and analytics).- Balance enterprise security and regulatory compliance with speed for execution and business enablement. Partner with SecOps to define and manage the company’s cybersecurity posture, ensuring that key threats and risks are understood, and appropriate countermeasures are in place.- Establish Management reporting and consolidated dashboards of SOX compliance, and programs status updates including KPIs and Operational updates for executive management.- Be accountable for SOX and ISO compliance for applications and processes deemed to be in scope.- Lead by example, mentor, coach and motivate the team, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity within the team, and manage performance; be widely viewed as a strong developer of others.- Be an integral part of the leadership team that will uphold Silicon Labs vision and values.Minimum Qualifications: -15+ years of IT experience with solution delivery for business functions like Sales, Marketing and Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations. - 10+ years of progressive global leadership experience with a proven track record of leading technical teams in delivering high quality software solutions. - In-depth knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, software architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Strong problem-solving skills for addressing technical and organizational challenges that may arise.
