Job Title Human Resources Manager Epiroc India Customer Centre Reports To The Human Resources Manager reports to the General Manager CC and with a dotted line to Vice President People and Leadership Epiroc India Job Overview The HR function is a strategic function within the company with the aim to support our business managers and customer centre organization reach results by having the right people in the right place at the right time. This is done by being a business savvy leader for the HR function in the customer centre at the same time taking an active part in strategic recruitments, talent growth thru identifying and proposing development plans and trainings in soft- and tech skills among others. In order to deliver the HR manager has a team of HR Professionals that support activities that shall be managed in a proactive way. The HR organization also ensures that company complies with local labour law, union negotiations, educates managers and takes an active role in conflict management and facilitates reviews together with responsible managers when needed. The HR manager is also making sure that the organization works in line with global Epiroc HR processes. Responsibilities HR Manager is entrusted, but not limited to, the following activities and responsibilities: Contribute to establishing cross-functional teams within the Epiroc Customer Center Contribute to our vision of becoming an ‘undisputed automation & digitalization leader’ and provide simple, easy to use and innovative HR solutions, processes, and tools to support business needs. Ensure that leaders are leading digital acceleration and establish a reskilling strategy for new digital competencies. Explore possibilities to implement robotization/digitization in HR Processes to assist organization. Constantly review and create most efficient organizational structures. Contribute to establishing cross-functional teams (inch. Physical space) in the Customer Center organization. Coordinate and build a “spoke” Epiroc University together with other HR Managers in Epiroc India Coordinate that My Voice action plans are effectively implemented and followed up in the Customer Center Other Provide proactive, structured and business minded support to the Customer Center Management team and work as a sounding board for the General Manager Set and drive compensation and benefit strategy including ensuring salary reviews are aligned with performance and market needs. Active participation and engagement in India People & Leadership Forum as Customer Center representative, with a “one HR” mindset and providing functional leadership that creates clear business value. Participation in acquisitions and integrations of acquired companies. Working closely with the Management Team of Epiroc India to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and the Epiroc Mining India strategies. Support management in identifying high-potentials and mentoring programs. Report according to group metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis the HR performance indicators (group HR reports) Act as a first point of contact for HR related issues for bargainable and non - bargainable employees; Lead conflict resolution approach in cases of disciplinary action. Qualifications Degree in any stream Post-Graduation in HR Management Experience: Minimum 5- years in HR Manager position, preferably from an industrial and global company Location: Pune, India. Specific skills: Strong and mature leadership that creates psychological safety and trust in the organization.
