Manager - Retention (Gurgaon / Ahmedabad / Mumbai / Bangalore)

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a primary point of contact to get RFQs from the clients and coordinate with the internal teams to quote and win business
  • Relationship with key clients and ensure max SOW and reduce churn
  • New business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-selling all portfolio of services
  • Regular meetings with clients and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue
  • Ensure payments are coming within the credit period
  • Is going to be an IC role
  • Is a 6day working role


What are we looking for:

  • 2-5yrs exp in KAM / retention roles
  • B2B sales exp ONLY preferred
  • Preferably B2B sales exp from logistics background, open to other industries as well
  • Local language fluency is preferable
