Job Role: LMS Admin

Work Location: Chennai- Work from Office

Experience: 2-5 Years

Expectations:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in LMS administration.
  • Proven experience managing and customizing TalentLMS or any other learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
  • Experience in data management, reporting, and analysis within an LMS environment.
  • Prior involvement in training and supporting users in a corporate or educational setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards is a plus..

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical proficiency in learning management systems administration.
  • Experience in TalentLMS is a big plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
