Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Consultant at 21 Fitness. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for membership sales, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. The role also involves maintaining membership records and assisting with member retention. About the Job Role : Gym Membership Consultant ( 5 openings. *WEST DELHI , PUNJABI BAGH* ) Qualifications Membership Sales and Sales skills Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in the fitness industry or related field Ability to work well in a team and independently Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to meet targets and goals Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Candidate’s Experience and desirables: • Professional with minimum 2 years of experience in SALES • Start-up experience is beneficial • Human with high standards of compassion , empathy and integrity • Excitement to make the organization a more associate friendly place to work • Should possess excellent communication ( Internal & External ) skills • Experience across multi-store retail , F&B , hospitality is preferred • Adept a MS excel and other daily working technology tools • Experience in gym industry is preferred • Fitness enthusiast with good communication skills is preferred Salary Package : 3 lacs - 5 lacs per annum ( depending upon experience and qualification ) Put your best foot forward with your application.
