Responsibilities:

  • Drive Domain and offering Strategy for growing F&A Business Unit
  • Continuous strategic focus to building the sales pipeline leverage Market connects and contacts for growth
  • Work with the BU Head to drive and close large-scale deals basis the strategic road map working with cross functional team and driving innovative GTM strategy
  • Enable flow of strategic RFI/RFPs with prospects and market connects

Co-ordinate with the Pricing team to come up with a winning solution

  • Drive strategic road map and implementation plan close services and products for cross sell & up sell opportunities
  • Work with the Marketing team to improve Exela position leading to closures
  • Develop sales strategies and annual sales plans that will produce maximum market penetration.
  • Creates account plans (with his team and BSG/BPO) in order to optimize profitability within existing top tier named accounts (each year a set of named accounts will be created and evaluated).
  • Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings.
  • Accountable for meeting assigned revenue objectives.
  • Creates proposals for clients in cooperation with BPO and BSG.


  • Accountable for spotting European tenders published.


  • Execute lead of bid management in larger tenders


  • Establishes and maintains close personal contact with top echelon customer contacts.


  • Interprets long and short-term effect on sales strategies in operating profit.


  • Maintain relationship with international sales colleagues and management team.


  • Manages the overall support of /to sales personnel by establishing operational procedures, resolving operational issues, and ensuring personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently.


Primary Skills


  • Strongly Preferred candidates from BIG4s & Consulting who are midlevel aspiring to drive larger agenda in their roles
  • 18-20 years of strong Strategy & Sales background with a proven track record of closing F&A deal s to larger customers for at least 10-15 years
  • Consistent and demonstrable past wins in the F&A domain
  • Must have strong industry connects that could convert into deal closures within 1 quarter
  • Committed to work from office on a regular basis.
  • Should have well connected network in the industry.
  • Excellent skills in research, and must have superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
