Senior Regional Marketing Manager- APAC

We are currently looking for a Regional Senior Marketing Manager to drive our strategic and lead generation initiatives. In this role, you are responsible for a developing robust and innovative regional marketing strategies aligned to the global divisional strategies but capturing local marketing opportunities to meet growth expectations and support our AOP24 targets. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : As Regional Senior Marketing Manager, you will report into the Chief Commercial Officer, with a matrix reporting line to the Regional Managing Director for APAC, and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Working in collaboration with the Global Marketing Directors and the Regional Marketing Director, research local markets to propose growth opportunities and feed these into a marketing strategy for the region. Through alignment with the Global Marketing Directors and local MD, identify the annual marketing targets and be accountable for attaining these using KPI such as MQL targets, Opportunity value, percentage of sales targets, etc Develop and execute marketing plans for campaigns to help generate target leads and sales Build a one-NSF community liaising between Global Divisional marketing, the sales team and divisional local business unit executives. Manage the local divisional marketing specialists ensuring there is continued collaboration with Global BU segment leads, in division, and a clear process for executing content they generate for local campaigns Adjust globally generated content to adapt to local markets for campaigns. Regularly report on the results of lead generation activities to both regional teams and the global marketing directors/ CCO. Collaborate with the local BU leaders for each country, within region, to support the localisation and implementation of marketing plans for APAC. Develop and maintain relationships with the shared services functions, for comms/ PR, digital marketing and brand to ensure you comply with governance and execute best practice. Create an omni-channel approach to your campaign plans, ensuring the value proposition is clear in your messaging Collaborate with outside agencies and contractors to develop relevant content, whilst ensuring technical accuracy is signed off by BU segment leads. Accountable for marketing metrics, results and recommendations of the strategy, plans and campaigns, including monthly reporting, tracking, analysis and quarterly and bi-annual summaries Regular liaison and brainstorming with the BU segments leads, Global marketing Directors, local BU leaders to ensure you are able to deliver growth expectations YOUR PROFILE: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field Strong experience of operating within a matrix organization At least 7 years experience of developing marketing strategies, conducting market/customer/competitor research and analysis to identify growth opportunities At least 10 years proven track record in developing B2B sector agnostic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation, preferably in the TIC industry or similar Experience of leading motivated, successful marketing teams Knowledge of budget Management: plan and marketing budgets for campaigns Writing: Comfortable with drafting different types of content spanning POVs, client success stories, video scripts/story boards Strong experience of creating campaign strategies that have delivered ROI. Understanding of brand positioning and how this is integrated into a campaign approach. Ability to build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with the mission and goals Ability to apply principles of logic or marketing communications theory to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions where limited prior history may exist Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and to work well under pressure Excellent communicator written, verbal and presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of English is a must for this role. Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite and use of Sales Force and Pardot is preferred Willingness and ability to travel globally (approx. 20%)
