Job Role :

CES is looking for Data Architect to drive the future state technology architecture, analyze and evaluate the technology, help to raise the level of data literacy with our customers, and lead and collaborate with the customer and delivery team to deliver business values.

Requirements:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure data architectures. Develop and maintain data models for databases, data warehouses, and other data storage systems. Implement data integration solutions to facilitate seamless flow of information across systems. Enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data management.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts, Data Integration/Support and Data Engineers of team size 40+.
  • Develop and articulate a strategic vision for the data analytics practice aligned with organizational goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of the practice.
  • Provide opportunities for professional development and training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Recruitment, HR, IT, Finance, PMO, Sales and Marketing, to integrate data analytics into broader organizational strategies.
  • Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, both within the team and across the organization.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in designing and implementing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.(Tools like dbdiagram, visio, drowIO).
  • Strong knowledge of various database management systems (DBMS) both in Cloud/On-prem, such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data integration solutions. (ETL – ADF, Azure Synapse, Glue or similar).
  • Understanding of data security principles, data protection regulations, industry compliance standards and experience implementing security measures.
  • Experience in ensuring data quality, data governance principles and implementing data quality management processes.
  • Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts in relation to data architecture.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific data models and requirements (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce).
  • Commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting related to data analytics projects and practice operations.
  • Qualifications.
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics/soft skills are a big plus.
