US Payroll Specialist

We are looking for candidate who has experience in any one of the pay roll process (US/UK/Candadian Payroll). Handle and implement all company payroll policies and procedures to ensure requirements are followed consistently every payroll

Job Role: US/UK/Canadian Payroll Specialist

Location: Seepz, Andheri East.

Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs

Shifts: US & UK shifts

Note: Candidate has to manage their own transportation

Position Summary:

• HR Operations for USA, Europe and other geographies:
• Support employees and managers with complex transaction processing and life cycle event management (e.g. transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.)
• Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about internal employee service trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via our internal portal, and other channels.
• Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on company’s HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the transaction processing and life cycle management (Leave Management, Compensation, Payroll) by coordinating with various internal stake holders.
• Candidate will be required to operate in the night shift to interact and support employees and respective onsite counterparts.
• The candidate will have an understanding of Global culture, laws, processes and statutes including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation.
• Team Member will report into the HRSS Manager
• Technical requirements:
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP HR Module Success Factors
• Non-Technical requirements: Good communication and presentation skills
