The Xceedance marketing and communications team seeks a skilled B2B solution marketing manager who is experienced in collaborating with diverse business leaders to develop detailed marketing materials and deliver multi-faceted brand and capabilities positioning projects. Our ideal candidate is proficient in business/technology writing, multi-media conception and production, editing/proofreading, and content packaging, and can adeptly manage a range of marketing service providers. An understanding of the global insurance industry is a big plus.

Responsibilities


  • Marketing
  • the creation and production of capabilities messaging about consulting services/support and technology enablement for insurance organizations.
  • with the brand team to ensure marketing and positioning assets are consistent across all company platforms and compelling for diverse markets.
  • the company’s target audiences and their needs — through research, reviews of existing content, and interactions with business teams.
  • a research repository of insurance industry intelligence, analyst reports, influencer insights, and competitor information.


  • Development, Distribution, and Management
  • persuasive copy for brochures, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, blogs, video scripts, and web pages that drives conversions, increases click through rates, and keeps the target audience engaged.
  • and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and readability.
  • on SEO research for high-performing keywords that align with the website, social media, and content goals.
  • best practices and proactively recognize opportunities to reuse, repackage, and optimize content to maximize messaging ROI.
  • all marketing content and assets (physical and digital) across business units are updated. Keep the WordPress-based website up to date across all solutions and resources pages.
  • data and key metrics, including A/B testing to measure the impact of the copy and transform those insights into measurable ideas to make relevant and effective changes.

  • closely with business units to leverage content for brand building, leads acquisition, and customer engagement activities.
  • creative direction and translate account-based marketing campaign briefs into persuasive content concepts and deliverables.

  • multiple content-development assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment, with emphasis on being proactive and regularly communicating with stakeholders and agency partners.

  • relationships with key business unit leaders, understand their target buyers, and identify content requirements to help position their offerings in the market.

  • support for analyst and influencer relations, including the coordination of briefings, sharing news/updates with analysts, and promoting new solutions/initiatives.



Qualifications


  • 4 to 6 years of relevant corporate or agency work experience in B2B marketing.
  • or master’s degree in marketing, business, or journalism, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • understanding of how various categories and forms of content are conceptualized, created, and promoted.
  • writing, proofreading, and communication skills, focusing on articulating the brand voice.
  • experience writing complex and engaging content across venues and platforms.
  • content-development ideas and providing direction effectively — to mobilize internal teams and marketing agency partners.
  • media expertise, including distributing content, creating and managing profiles/accounts, driving engagement, measuring results, and leveraging data to improve digital engagement.
  • in managing the regional nuances of global services and technology marketing strategy/tactics.
  • background in insurance industry marketing is desirable.
