Summary:

As a Senior Manager Pricing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and support overall business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to make informed pricing decisions. The Pricing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and product strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Preparation of all financials for the new opportunities for management review and approvals such as Project P&L. Cash flow, NPV, IRR and Payback period.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and economic factors that may impact pricing decisions.
  • Financial analysis of existing processes for exploring areas for cost reduction and efficiency for improving profitability.
  • Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis using relevant data and market research.
  • Utilize pricing models to simulate and evaluate the impact of different pricing scenarios.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand pricing trends in the market.
  • Evaluate competitor pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Pricing of BPO deals and preparing commercial proposals for client submissions and RFP response.
  • Identify market opportunities and threats to inform pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers to integrate pricing considerations into product development and lifecycle management.
  • Set and adjust prices based on market conditions, cost factors, and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the implementation of pricing changes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Support sales teams in pricing negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain pricing structures for contracts, bids, and long-term agreements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in pricing management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in using pricing models and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with pricing software and tools is advantageous.
