Lead and Senior Associate - Job Description Role Summary – Premium Technician To support London Market Broker team in accordance with the business plan and within delegated underwriting authority, Line slip, Reinsurance and Direct Business. The Opportunity: We are looking for Lead Associate to join our team with experience of Lloyd’s and London market. Experience Required – 5-6 Years Your responsibility is to work as Lloyd’s and London market SME for Direct and Reinsurance business Good knowledge of Lloyd’s and London market Broker processes. Good knowledge of Payment terms and Different type of Risk placement in London Market. Good knowledge of Bureau Market submission to XIS. Can contribute in setting up BAU process from Solution design phase. Team player and can process Risk in system. Able to involve in daily catch up with team. Can handle complex accounts and able to contribute in process improvement as per Business requirement. Good understanding Lloyds and London market standard Slip or MRC. Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (specific reference to FSA/Lloyds regulation) Ability to give training to new hires. Understanding of Bureau and Non-Bureau payment process. understanding of Broker IBA function. to handle Bureau and Non Bureau query.
