Travel Consultant

SeniorWorld is a well known name in Elderly Travel Industry. We are looking for smart travel consultants, who can connect with our elderly customers ( prospect and existing) and help them to travel to their dream destinations.

• Your role would be to interact with prospect and existing customers while also manage some critical backend operations tasks for our travel vertical.

• As a Travel Consultant you will be soliciting orders for our travel vertical product and services by identifying prospects; telephoning ; meeting and persuading them .

• You would be reporting to Sales Manager in this role and would strongly coordinate with Operations team as well

• Generate prospect leads list from various platforms and then subsequently plan the calling activity .

• Maximise Leads into actual sale and generate target revenues through tele-calling.

• Most of the customer whom you would be talking will be from high affluent society and therefore would require careful handling

• Follow up on schedule calls

• Handle post purchase queries and complaints and follow up till closure, Keep customers informed about progress about their job tickets.

• Update and track leads through CRM

Ideal Candidate must be:

• Excellent Sales Oriented Person. Comfortable is selling over phone / mails
• Female candidates preferred
• 2-3 yrs experience and must be from Travel Industry
• Must be from Hardcore Sales background
• Must have exposure in selling Travel Products ( International Holiday Packages)
• Ready to Work in Gurgaon from our Gurgaon Office
• Candidates from Gurgaon would be preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Punjabi will be added advantage if known
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English)
• Be ready to work in a challenging START UP environment.
